Mountain Resource Center is a non-profit human services agency that has been serving individuals and families in the community since 1990. We serve West Jefferson, Park, Clear Creek and Gilpin counties delivering long-term solutions that foster independence and self-sufficiency. 'We strengthen our community with services that empower people'. Through our vision, 'Neighbors helping Neighbors achieve their potential, in  2016 our neighbors received 15, 476 services in the areas of basic needs and public benefits enrollment assistance, food pantry support, healthy living initiatives, two-generation family education classes, Parents as Teachers Home visitation, workforce development, financial coaching, veteran support services and mental health services.
